I booked a one-time appointment for my husband in September. Booking confirmation came via email along with more reminder emails as the appointment approached. Weeks after, received an email asking us to pay extra for a late cancellation appointment. As I followed, it turned out they had booked another appointment for us without sending us any confirmation and the only record was in my husband's phone: an SMS on the exact date of the claimed appointment. Customer service was not helpful, claiming that they had sent several SMS messages beforehand and had no explanation on why they didn't follow the same (email) confirmation process as the initial appointment. They basically scammed us to pay for an extra appointment. So be aware of their procedure.

I can not rate my experience at Avanti Highgate high enough. It was the best physio experience I've ever had. The therapist was extremely knowledgeable and intuitive. I made great improvement under his care

I have had lower back problems for years but became worried when my right leg was constantly numb and prone to cramp. My GP advised I see an NHS physio and the physio prescribed exercises have improved the situation considerably.

I had 8 visits of 20 mins each. The physio was very good when massaging and also at explaining what was going to happen. Also noting everything that we discussed into her laptop file as we were talking. Very helpful, understanding and pleasant.

The lady was lovely who did the physio ,but I’m not sure the exercises were beneficial to me as I’m still in pain. I am continuing to do the excersises as advised .

Very informative, knowledgeable and thorough. Put at ease from the word go. Exercises given with no pressure to do what you find difficult. The only drawback was the flights of stairs at location. Might not be suitable for some patients with mobility issues.

It was very helpful and aided my recovery from my ailment. The practitioner was friendly and very supportive. He gave me helpful information about managing my pain and symptoms

knowledgeable physios, very friendly and understanding, took time to explain and demonstrate the exercises, and to ensure i knew how to do them correctly. local practice for appointments, very stress free experience

Impressively professional physiotherapist who displayed excellent knowledge and combined a thorough approach with a most pleasant and polite manner. Very clean and attractive premises which just lacked an easy access cycle locking area.

Very efficient personal appointments supported by Ascenti app. The app can be a little temperamental but this may be due to signal variation in my location.
