    Appointment booked for 10:40am.. didn’t go in to see Dr till 12.30pm. Nurse said it’s always a few hours wait when you come to our department.. why not schedule appointments better. Dad was very poorly and agitated waiting that long.

    I was sent to the wrong department for my gall bladder removel but the staff there were really helpful finding where I should be once I was on thd ward (19l) the staff couldn't do enough for you very attentive esp a student nurse . When I went to theatre the staff really put me at ease an overall good experience .

    I just wanted to express the families appreciation of all the staff in A&E but especially Ward 27 for the treatment and care of my mother this last ten days. In an understaffed and pressured environment they looked after her every need and this led to a discharge back to her home. Thank you all.

    I visited a and e department in October and received professional, thorough and caring treatment leading to diagnosis and treatment. Excellent all round and wonderful staff.

    The care given by the staff were brilliant even though they were short staffed, all pulling together for your needs , explaining what was happening through my treatment , only down fall was been woken early and then over 2hours for a hot drink
