Its difficult to review this service positively as it keeps getting cancelled a week before the surgery and rebooked 3 months later. Ive had over 6 appointments cancelled now. Rebooked in oct , cancelled in Nov but we’re now in Jan and its not been rebooked. Looks like i dont matter.

A huge thank you to all the doctors, nurses, & carers who looked after me on the Cheerful Sparrows ward from 12-18thNov. The care & treatment I received was absolutely 1st class. Also the cleaning staff etc. were also delightful & helpful.

The staff of the Uro-Gynae section are nothing short of wonderful both in their skills and patient care. They do everything they can to make the process as painless and comfortable as possible - and this is greatly appreciated by old folk like myself. I just hope they never retire!

Went to A and E as advised to by 111 with back pain , the nurse on charge was lovely and reassuring to each patient she was clearly rushed off her feet but made time for each Patient. The staff were short staff but didn’t let them change their standard of care and worked hard to keep the quality of care good with the amount of staff they had . Even when they were tired and worn out they kept a good sense of humour and manage to work with the team they had and I overheard that their was 6 doctors down and yet they still tried to see who they could in the allocated waiting time . The night shift nurse had to deal with a lot of emotional anger from one patient and dealt with it amazing and made time to deal with it and resolve issues even when she had 5 other jobs to undertake clearly she is very passionate about her job and she is one of the gems in the system we can’t afford to lose . Never had a bad experience with this hospital always lovely staff

Well done to all the staff in A&E, Qeqm hospital today. Receptionist, cleaners, obs, HCA, triage, booking in staff, Doctors, Nurses, Paramedics, Consultants and Interns. Well done and thank you for all you do. Complimentary drinks station most welcome. Yes there was a long wait, but due to the sheer volume of patients. Keep up the good work. Thank you.
