on the 04/09/2024 I came to the hospital to see emergency doctor there I refused to sit for another 2 and half hours next to the middle age generation there they illness badly affected surrounded visitors, for that reason I have decided to give my personal experience for a very old lady ,to jump into the '' sport club'' rather than sitting and doing nothing for several hours and draining energy from the others.

In what I recognise as extremely demanding circumstances, the doctors who helped me were efficient and unfalingly courteous. I am very grateful for their help.

  4. Review titled Word Salad and ugly bedside manner

Rated 1 star out of 5

I recently had a gynecological issue that required urgent attention. While the A&E staff were excellent, I found the response from the gynecology team to be somewhat disappointing. There seemed to be a delay in their involvement, which unfortunately extended my stay in the hospital. I understand that medical professionals are busy, but clear and concise communication about treatment plans would be beneficial. Additionally, the ability to answer patient questions with confidence is essential. Overall, while I appreciate the efforts of the medical staff, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of patient care and communication within the gynecology department.

Congratulation-well done Doctor! I had a very positive outcome of the A & E Urgent Care Unit regarding my main concern how to reduce allergic reaction on my both legs. The night shift doctor been more than welcome with a pleasant manners to proceed prescription there I mostly need to stop itchy rashes on my skin and it worked ASAP .Thank you for your kindness and respectful job. Kind Regards Jurgita

  6. Review titled Horrific experience

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Wendy - Posted on 05 August 2024

I would like to share my feedback regarding my delivery and postnatal experience at Queen Elizabeth Hospital. When I reported that my water had broken, the midwives did not take my concerns seriously and insisted it was just the gel from a vaginal assessment. As a result, my child remained in the womb for nearly a day without amniotic fluid, eventually passing meconium in the womb. This situation led to an emergency c-section, which I believe could have been prevented with timely intervention. Post-delivery, I experienced a significant lack of support from the care assistants and staff. The staff often mentioned they were short-staffed, which impacted the level of care I received during a critical time. I hope that sharing this feedback will contribute to improvements in patient care and staffing at the hospital.

  7. Review titled Amazing staff

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I came into hospital with an asthma attack and stayed over night to be observed. I was in a very stressed out and bad mood coming in as I was struggling to breathe properly and I had already been dismissed by a doctor in another facility who said I was fine. As soon as I started the triage process I was completely reassured and settled down as all the staff who helped me were extremely comforting and helpful. Thank you so much to anyone who helped me during this stay, you are all exceptional!

My son received wonderful care in the A&E department today. The doctor was excellent and all the nursing staff were very friendly and competent. I greatly appreciate the hard work of the NHS staff under not easy working conditions!
