The woman who did my x-ray for my toe was very dismissive and basically told me there was no point in me being there because 'they won't do anything about it anyway' but it's not like I asked for an x-ray the doctor told me to get one, I hate hospitals - she was chatting very loudly with another member of staff when i entered the room and I waited a good few awkward minutes to even be acknowledged, the whole experience was really degrading and as someone with severe anxiety has upset me quite a bit. You don't expect medical professionals to act like you should suck it up when you're in pain.

This morning I attended the GP Hub as I had something in my ear, the receptionist started the good experience by being friendly and to the point. The wait was just a few minutes, I was seen by two lady doctors, who were brilliant and sorted me out within a few minutes. An excellent experience.

Had a blood test booked for 4:50pm as I work until 5 so I had to book last appt and finish early. Got to the desk at 4:51pm as the parking machine was awful (£3 for 1 hour parking may I add) and they refused me my appointment. All standing around watching tv had 2 kids with me just awful service and will never book again. No offer to accommodate or rebook - nothing

My blood forms hadn’t been added to the system. Blood nurses were very quick to help solve this. I sent an email and within minutes received a call to say they hand been added. Even nurses at rheumatology were quick to get in touch with my consultant to solve this. I was able to have my blood test.

Machine was broken and instructed to pay by parking app. This didn't seem to work properly and my credit card was then abused.

I received a referral from my family doctor to see a dermatologist for my daughter. First, the receptionist needed help finding an appointment in the system, then she went to the doctor to ask if he would accept my daughter (mentioning that there were no other patients in the waiting room apart from us), this doctor didnt want to see us even though my daughter had an appointment. The receptionist connected me with the manager, who arranged a new appointment for my daughter on Monday, February 19 (I was supposed to receive a text message). This meeting will impact my daughter's attendance and learning. I am disappointed with this situation. I also have great concerns that the new appointment date will be wasted and I hope that we will not be treated as badly as today.

Went to the hospital for blood tests and an X-ray, expected to be there for hours but arrived at 9.30 and was out by 10.00. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the phlebotomist I saw was amazing as was the lady doing the X-ray. Made the whole experience quick and painless.

Not a welcoming Staff and no Smile!, when approaching the desk ,, machine on entering Hospital only to use cash which most Hospital like card payment. So had to try only left the App. and someone sold 30 pounds from my account. So not happy experiences on this visit.I thank

I have had problems trying to get my X ray image sent to my consultant. I have been trying via my GP for almost 4 weeks. I am not allowed to mention the gentleman by name sadly, who today at Purley hospital in the Imaging Dept went above and beyond to help me. His professionalism, care and polite manner in which he helped me as a patient was quite remarkeable. He telephoned me twice as promised and clearly did an amazing job. A very stressful situation that had a time deadline has finally been sorted for me. This has always been a excellent facility, local to me where the staff always seem to strive to do their best. I thank you for helping me today. A great service given.
