We brought my daughter into A and E in very distressing circumstances. The care and compassion with which she was treated by nursing staff and doctors was outstanding and as a parent I felt looked after also. The consultant on duty made sure he came and spoke to us before she was discharged. Huge thanks to the A and E team at the Princess Royal.

Our 99year Uncle passed away peacefully in Ward 17 on Monday morning. A very frail gentleman who suffered a heart attack on the 5th June. From being admitted to A&E, AMU and then to Ward 17 he received excellent care. My wife and I stayed overnight on Sunday 11th where we received kindly care from the Staff, they went out of their way to make us comfortable and gave our Uncle loving tender care during his last hours. We shall be forever grateful to the dedicated professional staff who were there for us at an anxious time.

My daughter was admitted in the evening - I appreciate how busy it is but I could not got through to the department- no one answered the phone - this is absolutely unacceptable in my opinion- why can’t there be a named person to at least answer the phone

Had a Hysteroscopy this morning at PRH in Telford. While an uncomfortable procedure, it was not as bad as others led me to believe. I can’t fault the staff in any way, from the moment I came in all staff I encountered were kind, friendly and professional. I felt very well looked after. They even offered to give me a painkiller before the procedure along with a hot drink and snack in case I hadn't had breakfast. The staff in the procedure room were some of most kind and pleasant NHS employees I have ever come across. They were absolutely lovely and chatted with you which was a good distraction. They even let my husband sit in the room with me while the procedure was done for moral support and that meant a lot to me has I was having anxiety about having the procedure done. Thank you staff at PRH!

Despite a very busy time, the staff took an excellent care of me after accidentally hurting my hand. I can’t express enough how thankful I am, love you all.

My only criticism was that the nurses providing emergency treatment to my Dementia suffering 88year old mother spoke between themselves in their first language, 2 nurses administering I’ve medication continually talking between themselves which I felt was rude and confusing for my mother

Arrived at A&E around 3pm. As expected, it was busy, therefore I was prepared to wait to be seen. The service I received was exemplary. Under what I perceived to be very demanding conditions, the staff were excellent; I was reassured by the thorough examinations I received. The staff were admirable.

I was supposed to be referred to Urgent Care. After 4 hours, I was given various heart checks, and two blood checks. I was not asked to remain. I did not get a recall unless the goon at 23.30 was a recall (banned 21;00): call to my line number (banned), "Witheld" number calling (banned) , wrong name (I will not answer to my first name given as my surname), wouln't say who was calling, crashed my phone down. All this at a quarter to midnight........ Since no response. What should I do now, please/

Ward 36 staff, theatre staff, porters and recovery room staff all absolutely brilliant today I can not praise them enough from the way I was treated on admission to discharge for day surgery I won't name any particular one because they were all superb put me at so much ease as I was feeling a bit stressed and apprehensive about procedure just want to say a huge thankyou to all credit to the NHS

All staff very professional and clearly experienced in what they do. Only opted for gas and air pain relief but procedure was very easy. Bickerstaff unit is very good.
