    Went to physiotherapy with severe nerve pain in both legs. The physio recommended some rehab after some questioning my symptoms & checking my joints & muscle movements. It’s only a week since but her advice seems to be working - much improved in less than a week. Follow up is due soon. Would highly recommend the physio guys.

    Excellent experience, the staff were brilliant, polite and professional. The facility is second to none. The consultant I saw put my fears to rest, he took time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the procedure, nothing was rushed and has given me confidence to proceed.

    All staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The surgeon was very informative, keeping me fully informed of the procedure he was carrying out The reception people were very helpful and polite informing myself as the way things operate and the after care service was very efficient with excellent food.

    Very quick and painless cortisone injection. Only had to wait 10 minutes. Nice and friendly staff. Easy car parking. Nice experience overall.

    Receptionist took my surname and DoB, checked-in my vehicle registration, provided form to complete and, on its return, asked me to wait in the, light and airy, reception area until called by the consultant. A very smooth process.

    Very efficient hospital. Arrived and ple Ty of free parking. Receptionist was very polite and consultant was very thorough and explained all the options available to me, letting me know the pros and cons of each option. This allowed us to come to a joint decision on the best way forward.

    I found everyone at One Hatfield really helpful from the reception staff to the Consultant. The consultant was thorough and empathetic. He did not talk down to me like some consultants do !!!!!!!

    The care I received from reception through to after care was excellent. The receptionists were very polite, the surgeon was very informative, professional and understanding. The after care I received was caring,punctual and polite. A excellent experience.

    I was given an appointment at One Hatfield for 5th June 2024. I arrived with time to spare and signed the paperwork I was given to read and sat in the waiting area as instructed. After waiting for about 45 minutes a lady asked if anyone was supposed to be having an appointment with a certain doctor (who I am not allowed to mention in this review). Eventually I got to speak to the lady who told me that the doctor was not available and was currently not even in the country! I was told that I would be given another appointment hopefully within the next week. I have since phoned the hospital to discuss an email I received saying that another appointment has been made, however, this new appointment, with a different doctor, is 7 weeks after the first appointment and is a telephone appointment not a face to face appointment which I was originally given. Apparently the missing doctor never even worked for One Hatfield and there was a misunderstanding of his start date which he thought was a month later. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very polite but the whole fiasco I was subjected to seems very unprofessional. Apparently the doctors only see a maximum of 3 NHS patients a day as the rest of their time is reserved for private patients, this is why my new appointment is 7 weeks after the initial one which never happened!

The issue was caused by a new consultant to One Hatfield Hospital failing to inform us of a change to his external diary and commitments. We have since followed up with this consultant and have made changes to their practice at One Hatfield Hospital. We have a large number of consultants offering NHS services at our hospital; however, it is up to the individual consultant how many NHS patients they see per clinic. Also i believe that a telephone consultation was offered, as these have better availability compared to face-to-face appointments.
