    My 95 year old mother had a fall. Everyone who was involved with her care- nurses, doctors, radiologist - treated her with kindness and compassion and went out of their way to try to speed up the length of time we were there. The examination she had was extremely thorough and a CT scan and X-rays were done promptly. The staff were wonderful and I can't thank them enough.

    I had the unfortunate experience of having to spend a night on SAU waiting for surgery and being left in agony all night with pain relief that didn’t help and required something stronger, two doctors refusing to see me despite haemorrhaging. I couldnt walk, use the bathroom and had to drink water out of the tap. Only when family contacted senior management at the hospital did anyone bother to come and help. Don’t want to sound dramatic but psychologically this event has effected me and should have been avoided. The nurses may have been limited on what they could do but more should have been done especially the ward doctors

    Wanted to thank the whole team that looked after me during colonoscopy investigation on 6th Nov. They were brilliant explained everything well put me ease and talked through results.

    Attended A&E via 111, 5 hours to be triaged, then sent to Meddoc to find a 7 Hour wait. Not enough chairs for unwell pts to sit on, really, really distressed pts who are not acknowledged by passing health care staff or offered kind words. Broken service from start to finish, there has to be a better way of working as after what I experienced it’s clearly not this.
