I've had both gastroscopy and colonoscopy in the last 7 days 21/9/22 onward, the staff are absolutely brilliant, i thank them so much for there professionalism and understanding as i was very nervous, they keep me at ease and explained everyhing, God Bless You All, David Joseph Caldwell, 21/9/22 And 28/9/22

Been sat in A and E now for 4 hours...still jot got to see a doctor.... getting cheesed off... Why is there no indication where you are on the list for waiting. on the wall is a sign saying 4 stars for cleanness.. in 4 hours the loos have not been checked. Bins have not been emptied. It's a hospital surely this is one of the priorities?

My severely autistic son was taken Ill and need to visit primary care . Great paramedics who attended him at home were amazing and very understanding of his fears and needs . He went on to be checked over at primary care who made sure he was in a quiet safe place with excellent understanding regarding his autism . All staff that attended him were kind understanding and respectful and did their very best to accommodate a young man with very challenging needs . Thank you to everyone for their care on this visit .
