No wonder this hospital receives so many accolades. From check-in to results I met only with kindness and support from every single member of staff all done in a happy environment. A sense of humour must be a requisite in a these sort of by environment. And they had it in spades especially with old age perishers like me. I have always supported Kings Mill Hospital and their 5-star workforce. Bless them allx

I have an up comming appointment next week and the time has been changed. Along with an update on patients know best I have received a phone call and a letter to ensure I knew the appointment had changed and to make sure this was ok. Great service :)

Well this is the 2nd time I've used the maternity service at kings Mill, and both times been left absolutely amazed. The midwifes, support works and everyone I've had assistance from, I can truly say are brilliant staff, I felt so looked after and cared for.

I parked at 14.27 to go to A & E Was seen very quickly, by friendly, cheerful staff, had X-rays & left the car park less than an hour later… 15.17 Tremendous service Thanks to all concerned.

The paramedics who rushed me to Resus and the staff at Kings Mill provided outstanding service in my hour of need!! Despite the pressure they work under, I was given first class treatment and care which enabled me to be discharged within 6 hours of admission. This was an amazing team effort. Thank you so much.

Mum was admitted to a&e after breaking her hip in a fall. Once at hospital and in orthopaedics mum received good care, quick to operate to repair the breakage.

I would like to thank all the cardiologist team for the care and treatment i received when having a pacemaker fitted , also the care on ward 23 . The staff at kingsmill from the start of my treatment till my discharge were caring, respectful and informative which put me at ease . I can't thank you all enough.

I went to the A and E department in extreme pain and discomfort, the staff were amazing I was seen to quickly and efficiently. I was kept in the A and E ward before being transferred to ward 36 every single member of staff who looked after me was amazing. I can’t thank them enough for being there in my hour of need.

Got sent by 111 after a bad fall spent overs 5 hours waiting to see a doctor .although in pain with a swollen leg went home, reception rude unhelpful. Others at least 7 left while I was waiting. We asked if there was a doctor on as nobody was called in 1 hour at 2am to 3am was told don't know there should be somewhere but I'm not sure ! Absolutely a laughing stock only thing kept me awake was other people waiting in A and E. As we were all in same boat waiting needs reorganisation ,time management. not much point in seeing a nurse to send for an xray to be told no doctor available to go through it ,and to come back tomorrow! tbh it's quite frightening really I would say after what I've seen tonight the NHS is truly broken

We came into a+e /children's today with my 6yr old after her earring had become embedded in her ear lobe. Was seen,treated and sent on our way within 2hrs which I felt was really good. The Dr that treated us was so lovely,calm,caring and made us feel that we were definitely safe in his hands. So thank you to the lovely Dr and nurses that treated my daughter today,you were all so lovely.x
