From start to finish my experience with the early pregnancy unit was perfect. We thought that we had a miscarriage, so they saw straight away and managed the whole process for us in a kind considerate way! The staff are genuine people you can rely on, and always willing to help.

Very impressed with the service provided by Urology Clinic, MRi unit and Day Case Unit. Appointments made very quickly, always seen on time and treated very professionally by friendly staff.

  3. Review titled Skeleton staff causing deep rooted rehabilitation

Rated 1 star out of 5

Had a replacement knee mon 24 Oct 22 , didn’t go well my wound bled out wasn’t sealed adequately. Was told you have to ask for pain relief as and when needed (every 2 hours) to be able to cope with the pysio , you are lucky if you get pain relief every 5 hours . Short of staff . So it’s extremely difficult to rehabilitate . It’s just not fair , my last pain relief was 5pm it’s now 2245 . I will never come to this hospital again . It’s the roll of the dice wether you get a good surgeon . Employee more staff , simple .

  4. Review titled Efficient and Professional

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Your Review: I cut myself severely on the rear of my left forearm just below the elbow. It was bleeding profusely and I was driven to hospital by a neighbour accompanied by my wife. On entering the hospital we were met by a Senior Nurse, who was very reassuring and immediately wrapped the wound in a temporary bandage and arranged an Xray immediately as there may have been ceramic in cut. I was then seen by the suturist (?) who confirmed that in the wound there were no foreign bodies in the wound. He then proceeded to clean it withn a saline solutio. . He was most efficient, professional and affable. He left me in stitches (17 in all) and gave me sensible instructiosn. I cannot speak more highly of both medical staff and the Xray man who was most gentle and hurried between 'takes'. I thank them all.

3 hours for triage which consisted of very basic questions, I could have filled it in myself to save time. Then told it was gonna be another 5 hours. There was no activity of anybody being seen. Plenty of admin staff but guessing very few medical. Totally unfit for purpose.
