Thank you to the Drs and nurses and all staff of A & E Epsom for taking care of me with kindness and care with such speedy efficiency when I came in yesterday with severe pain due to kidney stones.

I attended Epsom hospital as an outpatient to see my Consultant Dermatologist and as ever, the treatment and professionalism was excellent! You couldn’t get better!

I received excellent care when undergoing an ENT procedure under general anaesthesia in the day surgery unit this week. Each one of the staff involved in my care from admission through to discharge in the day unit, theatre and recovery room were professional, skilled, friendly, kind and caring. Thankyou all

I recently visited Epson Hospital with my mum, who was suffering from a bad chest infection. From the moment we arrived, Doctor provided exceptional care and attention to my mum. She was incredibly attentive and compassionate, making sure that my mum was comfortable and well-cared for at all times. Nurses were also fantastic, providing excellent care and support to my mum throughout her stay. She was always there when we needed her, and her caring and nurturing approach really helped to put my mum at ease. Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Epson Hospital. They were all incredibly caring and attentive, and made my mum's stay as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical care, and would like to thank Dr, and all the staff for their exceptional care and support.

Following a recent head injury I was referred to Epsom A&E by NHS 111 yesterday evening and I would like to thank all the staff for their kind and professional care and the very thorough investigation of my problem. Well done Epsom hospital from myself and my husband. People seem to be very quick to criticise the NHS but we have always found the care at Epsom Hospital excellent. Thank you.

I went to A&E this morning with a suspected broken finger and shin laceration. I was seen very promptly and swiftly progressed to the minor injuries unit where I had an X-ray , finger strapped and new dressing. I just want to say a big thank you. Everyone I saw was so friendly, caring and professional Please pass my thanks and gratitude to the team. Thank you.

The ambulance service and staff were amazing and very helpful and caring. Well done to them. The A&E staff were great and responded quickly. Unfortunately due to a lack of beds the patient was unable to be accommodated in a ward. The service was good but the lack of communication was evident, for example the patient was moved to another hospital without even letting the next of kin know. Also the family had to be proactive and assertive to get detailed information about the patient from the medical team. Some nurses were great at facilitating this.

I visited accident and emergency due to ongoing chest and stomach pains. I was fully expecting a long wait but was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was triaged and tests were conducted. All the staff were so kind, professional and kind. The tests were very thorough to try and identify what the issue was and I’m forever grateful at the care which was given. I’d also like to thank the team at 111 who helped initially before recommending I go to accident and emergency.

Arrived in Epsom hospital car park at 8pm expecting a call from receptionist. She rang dead on 8.10 like I was told. We arrived in an and e and saw a most lovely doctor in the out of hours. The receptionist was most helpful. A and e was absolutely brimming half the patients without masks . Some sitting on the floor . So grate for the service I had

Attended a week day pm with my 17 yr old son and his v painful dislocated shoulder. V effective and prompt triage from nurse at reception meant we didn't have to wait at all. Then dealt with very quickly by A&E consultant who relocated it and then stayed and made sure x-ray was ok even though her shift had finished. Department was busy but real effort made to get us through quickly.
