    Rang this hospital at 12:30 ( I never ever ring as I always think an appointment could go to a child) anyways rang them back at 3 as still hadn’t had a call back. To then wait 50 minutes to speek to some one to say the doctor knows your condition is worse yet still no phone call. Rang then again to be fobbed off It’s now 7:44 no phone call at all there’s no duty of care at all

    I went for a colonoscopy on the 12th of December 2022 the staff at bishop Auckland are great look after you very well no long waits very pleased with it

    Although I was very nervous on admission to Ward 18, I was soon assured and put at ease by the Staff. I won't name individuals as every person I met did their utmost for my welfare! The Surgical team were absolutely fabulous and after care couldn't have been better! I would recommend this hospital to anyone requiring joint replacement and hope to return to have my other knee replaced.

    Had treatment for a hot water bottle burn and the doctor and nurse were lovely. I got all my info to them. Thank you to all the staff helping me.
