Review titled Waiting for an ENT Appointment
by Caligula - Posted on 13 January 2023
I have been waiting since June 2022 to have a routine appointment at Aintree ENT. I had Covid 4 times last year, the last time I lost my hearing temporarily, no sense of smell or taste. Went to the GP, and they referred me in June 2022. I had to make an appt, waiting lists chocka, rang up again in August and they assured me I was on a list, citing Covid as reasons for delay. Now January 2023, seasonal weather, etc, the ear problem returns. The GP at the time said as I had covid repeatedly in 2021-2022 I had a buildup in my ear that has caused eustachian syndrome . No one has got back to me as of yet with an appt. Is the NHS truly now broken?

I would like to thank all the staff in A&E who treated my dad last night. My dad had a fall he is 86 years old and the staff could not be more helpful. We got the hospital at 6pm and he was seen by 9pm had X-rays. We are truly thankful to you all for the fantastic job you do.

Review titled Blood Test (Clinic F) Great Staff
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Mark - Posted on 08 December 2022
I attended today after being rejected from most GP's and walk ins for the past week. The lady at the reception was fantastic and assisted me. Then her colleague who carried out the procedure was equally brilliant. I advised them I would leave a review as good work and great staff need to be acknowledged. Thanks again ladies

Review titled Efficient and caring service
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Marie - Posted on 18 December 2022
I attended for a CT scan on 18/12/2022. From the receptionist onwards I found the staff friendly and efficient. This was not just with myself, I heard how they dealt with other patients and they went the extra mile to help. As a retired Nurse I know how important it is for staff to have good communication skills and the CT department certainly had them.

Review titled Gastro clinic elective care
Rated 4 stars out of 5

Staff lovely Doctor lovely Clean clinic Staff are under so much pressure working within very busy departments . I hope the staff can access staff support groups within the trust . Small things can make a difference like a drinks trolley set up with snacks treats within the busy departments . Breaks will be difficult to take at very busy times . Just a kind gesture from senior management can help a difficult shift become more bearable. Thankyou aintree
