My doctor is always there for me, has time, patience and has helped me through very hard times. Recently I have been dealing with my asthma nurse. I have a lot of health and other problems in life at the moment, and when ringing me to review how i.m managing my breathing, she listened to me and worked out that I would benefit from talking to someone. She sent me the link to talking therapy, who have helped me so much. This was the first time I realized I needed help. Thanks to her, I am now waiting for counciling. Although we have only spoken on the phone, her caring manner, time and understanding,have given me the help I so desperately needed but didn't know how to get. I feel she is my friend, who has said I can ring her any time I need to. She really has gone the extra mile for me, and for the first time in a long time, she has given me the strength and belief I can get through this. She really is one in a million.

When i came to come to the doctors the staff member (nurse) was extremely polite and professional, made sure i checked everything and understood everything, a pleasant experience

The whole system seems efficient from putting a request into anima to getting a call back then a consultation and follow up treatment and monitoring. Has been very good with professional helpful staff.

They always get me in, pretty much the doctors are very responsive to your concerns, had a blood test today I'm not allowed to mention names, but absolutely brilliant didn't even feel it, very impressed best practice in Peterborough in my eyes
