Reception staff are always friendly and helpful getting me an appointment even on the day of the phone call and/or getting the nurse to phone me later, but that same day. The nurse who called me this afternoon explained in simply layman's terms my issue, reassured me that I need not have anything to worry about as my test result showed I was not diabetic despite me thinking I may be. The nurse was lovely, putting me completely at ease, and she was also patient. I have only good things to say about this practice and its staff. Thank you!

The clinic was running around 15 minutes late, but the nurse apologised, explained the procedure which was painless, and any side effects. She was friendly and efficient

My GP was very pleasant, listened and identified my issue, once I explained my symptoms. Offering advice and reassurance in a lovely calm manner-faultless

Today had an injection all handled very well. No waiting time plus didn’t think I’d been injected so well done.This surgery have looked after me allowing me to become A Guinness World Record Holder as The Longest Surviving Triple Heart Bypass Patient in The World.

medical staff are always professional and helpfull even when under pressure which is quite often the case my visit this time was for the winter jab and i was in and out in 15 mins

This was administered with great care by the Practice Nurse on 6 September 2024. However, I did suffer a reaction during the night in that I woke up shivering and with the need to keep warm. I took a couple of paracetamol which stopped the shivering and I have been ok since.

I found the nurse extremely pleasure-able and professional From the moment I walked in the treatment room I was made to feel extremely welcome followed by a full explanation of what the injection was for.

The reception staff were very helpful, the nurse explained exactly what the vaccination was for and what side effects could occur and what to do if they did, I felt reassured.
