My consultation with the nurse was superb. I felt listened to sharing my symptoms and experiences, and empowered to make a informed decision about my treatment. The nurse was professional, compassionate, knowledgeable and reassuring. A true of experience of patient centered care at its best and I cannot be thankful enough.

The Nurse provided me with a few treatments which I might benefit from. Physiotherapy to improve the discomfort in my knee and a couple of exercise classes to aid weight loss. Very good.

The Practice nurse I saw is wonderful, I had my diabetic review with her and even though my level was still high there was no critical comments. She simply asked what was going on to which I was able to explain the events going on. She was understanding, took the time to listen and referred me on. I was dreading this appt as I know my Hba1c level would still be high. She always takes the time to listen and is respectful of peoples situations and doesn’t just preach to you what you ‘should’ be doing

Always manage to get appointment on the day. Call back system is great as I don’t have to wait on hold. Recent visit appointment was on time.

The nurse was very careful to not hurt me during the examination. She was very gentle and compassionate. I felt comfortable and was satisfied with how the short appointment went.

I have never in all the years of being registered ever has anything but amazing support but today was extra special thanks to Kate - she really brightened up my visit when discussing and organising my new medications. Thank you for everything you do we need more like Kate
