I found the nurse extremely pleasure-able and professional From the moment I walked in the treatment room I was made to feel extremely welcome followed by a full explanation of what the injection was for.

The reception staff were very helpful, the nurse explained exactly what the vaccination was for and what side effects could occur and what to do if they did, I felt reassured.

I had an appointment today with the nurse, in and out in 10 minutes. She was absolutely lovely. She actually seemed liked she cared and we had a little giggle. Receptionist always fab as well.

Nurse was friendly and efficient. After running a bit late, she carried out the treatment well and gave me advice for the future. She also checked my blood pressure.

Receptionists at the surgery were helpful in booking an appointment with a nurse for a six-monthly injection for osteoporosis treatment which was made well in advance. At the appointment, the nurse went through in detail about side-effects of the medication before giving an injection. Afterwards, another relevant bloodtest was ordered for another injection in six-months. The nurse made the entire experience in a friendly yet professional atmosphere.

My consultation with the nurse was superb. I felt listened to sharing my symptoms and experiences, and empowered to make a informed decision about my treatment. The nurse was professional, compassionate, knowledgeable and reassuring. A true of experience of patient centered care at its best and I cannot be thankful enough.

The Nurse provided me with a few treatments which I might benefit from. Physiotherapy to improve the discomfort in my knee and a couple of exercise classes to aid weight loss. Very good.
