On arriving at the surgry was met at reception by a very surly and grumpy male receptionist, this was not a very good impression of the practice, i don't see a doctor very often as i don't like to, but this just puts you off even more, it makes you feel like you are wasting the Dr's time.

Always welcoming at reception. Generally seen at the given appointment time, certainly within 5 minutes of that time. Treatment received is undertaken professionally and quickly with any relevant information being presented clearly.

The Dr I saw was lovely and explained everything to me in a clear way. I changed Practices 6 months ago after nearly 70 years with my previous one. Best thing I have done in a long time.

Total efficiency from check in through to clinician. Appointments are within a short waiting time. Staff are courteous and confidential. I was seen with the minimum of fuss and pleased with the consultation.

My appointment was with the phlebotomist at 9am. I was called in at 9am promptly. Even though I have always had difficulty giving blood it was a good experience and the phlebotomist was pleasant and efficient and managed to take the blood needed on the 2nd attempt.

A good experience from reception to doctor. The doctor was attentive and listened to my explanation of symptoms and was thorough with his examination. He was pleasant throughout.

I had an appointment with the nurse for a blood test . I left work early to get to my appointment but unfortunately there had been an accident on the motorway meaning I was 5 minutes late for my appointment. My appointment was at 15:50 hrs and I arrived at the practice and booked in at 15:55 hrs. I was informed by reception that as I was late I could not have my bloods taken and the next appointment was in 3 weeks. I explained that there had been a crash on the motorway but the receptionist would not listen, he was not interested and was totally inflexible. I explained that I had lost wages coming for my appointment and that having another appointment would mean further losses but again he was not interested. I find the way I was treated to be totally unacceptable. I was 5 minutes late surely I could have been seen? I would appreciate a reply to the issue I have raised .
