I rang 111 out of hours, and they got me a call back, as soon as the practice opened I was contacted and got an appointment same day.

Saw a new doctor for second time as a review of last visit issue. Extremely impressed by attentiveness, compassion and advice and also friendly demeanour 😊

I wanted to see the part time lady Dr but she didn’t have any appointments however she became available on the day of my appointment so I was delighted to be moved to her - she is warm, caring and understanding as well as good fun - perfect combination for a GP

I was able to get a same day appointment. Saw the PA who took time to listen to me properly and gave reassurance

Just visited the nurse for a blood test hardly felt it. Appointment on time no problems. Staff all friendly and plenty of parking

I received treatment at the practice and the warmth of the greeting from the receptionist and the doctor explaining everything as he went along and the reason for the hospital appointment was very helpful at putting me at ease.
