The receptionist completely ignored me when I arrived. I didn’t feel I was being listened to by the doctor I saw. I didn’t feel my needs had been met.

Great atmosphere and i felt that i received great treatment. GP was very pleasant and identified cause of my symptoms.

Always happy to help .never too much bother to do anything for you .alot better than my last doctors. Would recommend then to anybody who wants to move to them .I had problems with my finger wich I was in a accident the doctor investigated it and is sending me for an xray and referral to Sheffield hand clinic

Appointment on time. Doctor listened to me and then put my mind at ease the staff are always very pleasant and I'm made to feel as though I'm not just a problem to be shunted on a conveyor belt. The follow up service is top notch and the little reminders I get as useful.

Nurse was very good made me feel very comfortable and answered all questions. Overall good practice. Drs also excellent. Only issue they is no over 50’s check like I had at my other doctor

Seen the nurse today and she was lovely, always makes me feel at ease and welcome. Credit to the practice. Reception staff also friendly and informative.
