The nurse was on time. She did the procedure in an ethical manner. She gave me information I didn’t even expect.

Nurse was very good made me feel very comfortable and answered all questions. Overall good practice. Drs also excellent. Only issue they is no over 50’s check like I had at my other doctor

Seen the nurse today and she was lovely, always makes me feel at ease and welcome. Credit to the practice. Reception staff also friendly and informative.

Rang for appointment (lump in my breast!) Appointment was made by Receptionist straight away same morning he was very caring and even thought to put me in with a lady doctor I didn’t have to ask. The doctor I saw again was very caring and reassuring and after examining me referred me immediately to two week wait BDGH. I was very grateful for the immediate response as I was diagnosed with breast cancer but curiative and had it removed and receiving treatment and am on my journey to recovery - thanks to your care and quick action I believe was life saving and I am so grateful thank you 🙏

From the initial telephone conversation to book the appointment, to seeing the health practitioner, everything went smoothly. There was no waiting time. The practitioner was very thorough and polite.

Excellent Doctor, gave me confidence that my issues would be resolved. A prompt and thorough explanation of what he has investigating and the hospital departments he was referring me to.

Just would like to say a big Thank You to the GP who has been helping me his professional manner is of the highest standard and for the first time i have felt listened to instead of being made to feel I'm a nuisance or depressed , explaining that some things can be hard to pin point due to nature of symptoms but will do all he can on his side to find the cause so he then can treat the symptoms, what more can you ask of someone. Never had a problem to book appointments , yes had to wait for availability but acceptable, GP staff always polite not had a problem, not even when I confused telephone with face to face appointment. Just been a tough few years but hopefully on the way to answers , just a big Thank you to the whole team.

I found a problem with my mouth and got in straight away wirh a nurse. Problem solved. Always friendly and proffesional. Nothing is too much trouble. Nurses are as good as the drs, so if you can't get a GP, Nurses are great. Always recommend Woodlands.
