I had an appointment with the Nurse on Thursday who acted in a professional manner, was very polite and listened to what I had to say. I did not feel rushed and was happy with the outcome of my consultation, highly recommended.

From arriving for blood tests then to see a doctor the experience was very efficient Practice very clean staff were helpful

Generally can get an appointment and generally not waiting too long before I get to speak to someone. Staff nice especially the Nurses

My only complaint that her receptions that was duty in 11.6.2024 morning. She’s is rude.. she needs to understand that people are coming to Gp’s because generally in most cases they aren’t well. Being stroppy because someone is 4 minutes late is not really good. That’s my only complaint.

I visited Woodland Drive Surgery recently and I find the staff to be efficient, friendly and thorough. Most important is that they listen to what the patient has to say, they're also empathetic. I got into my appointment on time. I feel like this surgery has improved in all aspects over the last 6 months.

I went for a sample of blood to be taken to check my kidneys as I have just been put on Ramipril I was concerned because the nurse said I should have had a blood test 2 weeks after I started on the medication not 4 weeks

Had a nurse appointment yesterday and found in my opinion, this was quick, efficient and adequate level of care provided. I left understanding what to expect next.

The nurse who took my bloods was very pleasant and friendly the atmosphere was good the room was clean and I was treated with respect

Spoke with Dr who expressed his concern about my problem and with in 20 mins had arranged for me to go to the hospital to receive further treatment
