The nurse was exceptional, I prefer to see this particular nurse when I'm giving bloods. Chatty but very professional.

Check in was very easy and appointment wasn't delayed by much. Health care assistant was helpful and kind during the appointment.

Within 24hrs of appointment my first lot of tests had been taken and the surgery was ringing with the results. Within 10 days first hospital visit. Very good communication kept all throughout the 10 days. Very impressed and thankful.

Staff are polite and helpful, I was seen promptly and on-time. My appointment was not rushed and the Doctor i saw listenend to my issues attentively.

Saw the female doctor. Definitely would recommend her. She was polite and knowledgeable and took her time with you, explaining everything with no rushing.

I phoned during the morning and got an appointment with the doctor that afternoon. Lovely man, listened to my problems & gave me good advice

Having had appointments at this surgery with a nasty doctor in the past that have left me with medical anxiety and lasting distress, it was a relief to speak to somebody that was so kind and compassionate. I feel I actually got what I wanted from my appointment, was listened to and got really good advice. The outcome of the appointment was dictated by my wishes upon interpreting the medical advice I received, I didn’t feel pressured or ignored like I have in the past. It was my first appointment with the doctor that I saw, and I’d definitely be more likely to book an appointment at the surgery now because of the positive experience I had in my appointment with her.

I put a note on my repeat prescription request and was asked to come into the practice to discuss. The appointment was made for 3pm the same afternoon

Rang in the Monday for an appointment, was booked in the same day. I was in with the practitioner within 10 min of my appointment time
