    I had an issue with getting a medication, tried the online triage,left my message got a response and a follow up phone call with one of the nurses, she had managed to find the medication I needed, all in all a good result

    I sent a request with issue of my problem & same day got an appointment for just over a week's time with Dermatology @ Kidderminster Medical Centre. Having had appointment now seeing Dr within 2 weeks - so whatever the outcome I know I have been dealt with extremely quick. Thanks

    over 12 months and symptoms worse. i was told today i can discuss my worries further when i go to my referral appointment! I had that appointment already! This has caused me more worry after being to my referral!

    The triage form, although online, is easy to complete and you know you will get a response that day. The triage team are efficient, quick to respond and make new appointments for you. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming. They follow up things and in my experience get back to me if needed. The medical team are professional and caring. They communicate well and listen. On the times I have visited a nurse or Doctor I have not waited long and they are prepared and know why I am there. Being linked to a pharmacy is advantageous. I would recommend this practice.

    Had an issue with a change of medication prescription, 3 different member of staff went above and beyond to resolve it for me, rang me to to let me know it had been sorted out, can't praise them highly enough for there kindness professionalism and helpfulness, they saved me from a complete meltdown as the doctors and chemist shut for Christmas tomorrow and I didn't think it would get resolved

    I have been trying to get a appointment for weeks. i have a problem that is getting worse and worse and i have been the pharmacy and they advise to go to my GP. i have a skin abscess and its getting worse and worse and needs treatment but for 3 weeks i cant get an appointment. it is now so sore and red. I have been told you cant book an appointment for stay a weeks times which is a joke. what if your GP requests it you must be able to. Somethings needs to be done . Your making problems worse for people with this booking system.

    Good morning Thank you for your feedback. The easiest way to book an appointment is using our Patient Triage form which you can find on our website. This will be responded to within an hour and an appointment will be offered if required. You can also request an extended access appointment which can be booked in advance however I would recommend that you request a same day appointment for your issue. Kind regards.     Spent 2 months trying to get a appointment, no joy just been to a and e who said my gp needs to see me.if I can't contact anyone how does that work. Now I'm on on stepping 3 of 11 writing a flipping review when I need medical attention

    i’ve been out of my ADHD prescription for over a month now. i have tried to call numerous times to arrange this, however i have been told every time that they can’t help me, and to call at 8 in the morning. i work late nights and it is basically impossible for me to be awake at such a ridiculous time in the morning. i have been with this practice all my life, and since COVID the whole place has lost and positive opinion from anyone about the service they provide. everyone understands how difficult COVID was on the NHS however it has now been 3 years, and the service has not improved, if anything it has gotten worse over the last 3 years. something really needs to be done, the problems this health centre are causing the community are starting to have a massive impact on everyone, even though the NHS are meant to ‘help’ people. the staff are extremely rude also.

    I needed an urgent review but have with many others been on the phone at 08:30 and been in a que of 30+ in the past. I tried booking via the triage system online at 08:00 for the first time and received a text saying my request would be dealt with within 2 hours. I panicked and thought if it’s not dealt with within the 2 hours once again I’ll miss out on an appointment. I then also phoned at 08:30 and again, the que was +30. Whilst waiting and it was literally about 08:35 I received a text giving me a face to face appointment that day. Within the online request I’d stated my preferred practitioner as I have been treated by this GP for many years and was impressed that that’s who I’d been booked to see. Also, recently my daughter has received good care and has had referrals made for her very quickly which has resulted in her accessing the care from the appropriate service for her quickly. I have been with this practice for 43 years. Also I work within the NHS and have done so since 2003 so I have seen the changes and Pressures from both sides and have had recent experience within a GP surgery. So I do understand the pressures. My advice would be if you are able to access the online booking system then I would recommend it and then for service users who don’t have access to internet services they will be more likely to get through sooner. Overall, can’t complain

    I can't express how concerning it is, when we are taking our own blood pressure. We are not doctors. That's why we come to you. We come to you when we feel most vulnerable and often scared. To find we are fighting for appointments, having the reception decide weather its an emergency or not. Something needs to give. I use to love Our doctors. they use to listen i felt looked after. whats happening we're not in covid. I use to speak to my doctors about my anxiety now I get anxiety calling them as it's so stressful. before I ring I feel like like what's the point I can't get an appointment. do I feel looked after and heard and cared for ? Do any of us.
