    Very helpful and managed to book multiple appointments on the same day thanks to reception staff. Friendly staff, accessible service.

    Your Review: Hello Willow Bank, I would like to send a massive thank you to a staff member that has gone far and beyond for me across the last two weeks. Whilst travelling I've been unable to contact the surgery directly to find out what's happened with my blood results and decided to email. From day 1, the team member responded with so much patience and reassurance that she was looking into it and would send an update with the progress. Across today, it became difficult to determine when the blood test would be available and she took it upon herself to contact the specific blood area and make sure that all my results would be available for the spinal team in a few days' time. I understand how busy your team is and I can't thank your staff member for going far and beyond to follow up on results directly with the blood team and provide me with the peace of mind knowing it's all ready for me. Sometimes it's the little things and actions like this that mean so much. Willow bank, you have a great team. Thanks again.

    I have been on the phone now for one hour 10 minutes and still engaged how can a phone line be engaged for all that time , went hospital over a week ago and still not had any call from the doctors to start my medication which the hospital told me I needed it is disgusting when you are feeling ill and you can not get to see the doctors especially when you work full time and have always paid your NHS why can someone not answer the phones or phone you back

Unfortunately the telephone lines are extremely busy at the moment and we are working on solutions and alternative methods to make contacts with the practice easier for our patients. With regards to your hospital appointment, sometimes letters are not sent immediately, but I can reassure you that they are acted on upon receipt. I will check this on your behalf.
