    I telephoned reception at Chestfield MC with concerns about my elderly father and his dementia raised by his live in carer. It is difficult for me as I live 80 miles away from my father. The Receptionist was extremely helpful - the receptionist listened, took notes, spoke to a manager/clinician and came back to me with an action plan whilst I remained on the phone. The receptionist also kept me updated with a further telephone call advising me of a change of plan for my father.

    My daughter needed a blood test and was very nervous and panicky. The nurse in the treatment room at Whitstable Health Centre was superb and spent time talking with her and calming her down, giving her strategies to enable her to cope and get through the experience. I was so impressed and touched by her empathy and caring nature. Thank you.

    Went to the practice on return from foreign holiday, where I had a fall. I thought the service was very professional, friendly and quick. Had an exray which confirmed a stable fracture, and advice on how to look after it. All done and dusted within 2 and 1/2 hours and free parking. Excellent

    My husband and I both had appointments with this nurse on 28th December, and she allowed us to attend together. She was very welcoming and friendly explaining everything to us in clear English and at our level of understanding. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and nonjudgmental. She treated us both as individuals but acknowledging that we are also a team. She gave us clear ways of moving forward making referrals to other specialists as we required. We both left the appointment feeling listened to, encouraged and ready to move forward. Thank you so much.

I’ve used the e consultation service a few times this year and have been really impressed with the processing turnaround time and results. Thank you all very much.     Iv been seeing the physiotherapist for a while now and she is truly amazing. She’s given me great advice and instructions for aftercare, exercise to do and try. She’s such a wonderful person and has helped my back/neck tremendously. People like these are little stars and deserve to be praised and recognised thank you.

    I see a wonderful dr at chesterfield practice who fitted my coil. I was extremely nervous and worried, the dr and assistant where just wonderful at reassuring me. Made me feel comfortable. They were so kind and caring. I had the procedure done and I walked out in no pain, feeling confident and felt looked after. Thank you so much for the care and support.

    I completed the online service, within less than two days I had an appointment. No holding on the phone. The doctor sent me for a blood test and xray that were completed quickly after seeing him and all at Estuary View which is very convenient. A scan appointment came through after Christmas so again a quick turn around, the sonographer was very kind, thorough, informative and spent a long time with me making sure that the scan was complete. Again it was so easy to have this at Estuary View. The doctor rang me on the same day to discuss. I have not used the doctors for myself in years and found the experience stress free and very well organised. Thank you

    After a fall I attended Estuary View to be checked over. The treatment I received was excellent. I was checked all over for a head injury, joints and cut eye. My eye was glued.

    The nurse that saw my daughter this morning in the urgent care centre was so kind and compassionate. She took the time to talk to her alone and speak to her about her feelings. I can't thank the nurse enough for the kindness she showed
