The event was extremely well organised and efficient. Messages offering appointments were clear and links easy to use. Registration was confirmed quickly and reminders were sent. On the day there was a friendly welcome and a very short wait to be seen. I was welcomed by the doctor who introduced herself, took my name and time, proceeded with the injection and I was on my way home within minutes. I have nothing but praise for the treatment I received.

My husband and I joined your practice a few years ago having had terrible experiences with our previous practice. We can't praise you enough for the excellent we service. The new appointment system works really well and follow ups are very quick. We feel really reassured having your practice look after us and we have found it very efficient and the staff have always been pleasant. Thank you.

On going for a medical checkup I found the online booking service, confirmation by sms and digital checkin service at reception all wotked perfectly. The receptionist was also excellent and all the Medical staff at the checkup weee very professional, efficient and more importanly caring and approachable. Very good experience all round.

Having recently moved to Malvern I found the experience of registering with Whiteacres efficient and personable. From the receptionist to the Nurse Practitioner I saw for my initial consultation..the staff were helpful and welcoming. A problem I encountered with my repeat prescription was resolved instantly. Most impressive

Day one of new booking system and it appears to work very well. Working in technology for a local Nhs Trust, I am very aware of the pressure and risks a new system can bring.. system was easy to use, and a quick call back from practice.

Thank you for the efficient service you provide. Staff are always helpful and caring. Given the current strains and demands made upon everyone working within healthcare your surgery does an amazing job of looking after patients. A very good practice. Kind regards

Recent visit for Covid booster carried out by friendly helpful staff, no waiting, no parking problems well organised. Have moved around and attended a number of surgeries I would rate Whiteacres as one of the best. Whiteacres is well managed and provides an excellent level of care provided by professional caring and well organised, friendly staff at all levels.

Truly excellent. Polite call handling to arrange appointment. GP made same day contact and arranged Practice visit. Time provided to feel listened to and care has felt compassionate and comprehensive. Calm Practice environment and have always been seen promptly on arrival. An amazing Practice. Thank you.
