    I tried phoning a various times of day for a week before it was answered. It rang and rang then cut off or was engaged. When I picked up a prescription I chatted to pharmacist about it. Was asked which doctors. When I told her she said its common with this practice. I think its either a lack of people in reception or lack of computers or space. The people at the practice are great nurses doctors receptionists. However I was taught to only let phone ring a maximum of 3 time before its answered.

    I came to pickup my wife's prescription before 6pm and spoken to the counter pharmacist and was told that it will be 10mins, I noticed there were 3 other prescriptions behind her waiting to be collected. So I went outside for fresh air and came back in in 10mins, the same counter pharmacist told me it wouldn't be long, so I waited further 15mins and then the girl in the counter pharmacist happens to check the the 3 prescription behind her which had not been touched and in the same position as it was 25mins ago and she then hands me my wife's prescription. I was extremely mad and wanted to ask the counter pharmacist why was it just sitting there when she could of checked earlier and handed to me instead of waiting 20mins for nothing. But instead I remained calm and quite as I was fasting and didn't want to ruin my day. Please look into this pharmacy as some of the staff members keeps rolling their eyes when patients comes in and telling some patients the pharmacy closes at 6.15pm when it should be open until 6.30pm.

    Hi This month lately since 13th march i have been ringing whalebridge for an appointment for my toddler no answer!! 30 calls !! I mean what do the receptionist do ? Whatare they there for? Its redicilous how they behave with patients! Its open till 6.30 but no appointments available so what are they open for til 6.30?can’t manage to get an appointment if u call even at 9 am ..all they reply is call tomorrow or go to emergency services!! I mean like what the act ¥$#% !! Go to emergency service’s there you are seated for 4 -5 hrs !! Its a joke Rubbish receptionist pathetic… if it was one of their families i dont think the calls would be neglected!! I wish they come across what they put people through…

    They still run the 8am phone scramble. 38/40 attempts it is engaged. 1/40 attempts the phone rang and rang and was not answered. 1/40 last attempt the phone rang and rang and then the call was terminated by someone at the other end. Why are these people being paid?

    I have been calling for the last 3 days since 7.58 am , and it's always busy, and it does ring no one answers . Went to the Walebridge practice and was told to call at 8am , when I said they never answered, was told to go there at 8am . If we need to fo there , then why say we can call at 8am? Will definitely register my mum somewhere else, service here is really bad

    My wife sat there waiting for her stitches to be taken out. She was told to just go through. She then sat there for two hours until she was told she had missed her appointment. (Despite being sat there) when she explained there was a mix up The nurse refused to take the stitches out. My wife is now at home in tears she is worried as the wound around the stitches looks angry but not we have have to wait until Monday to try and book another appointment. Dunno how much longer she will have to wait

    This surgery has gone down hill so much over the years . Was called in for appointment by reception for following day ,managed to get time off work and be able to work extra following day ,only to arrive and find reception and given me the wrong time . They did not try to resolve this situation for me , only doing what they always say ,see a pharmacy ,even though it was thereselves who arranged the appointment ,and rang me complete waste of time .

    I've been with Whalebridge my whole life I can't get through for an appointment, I need my B12 injection and its so late now. When I finally get through to the phone actually ringing, noone answers!. Also I got a letter saying I missed an appointment when I was there for 45 mins!! I was 6 minutes late and I rang from upstairs to let them know! I'm also classed as disabled

    Very poor service.trying from morning 8.00 phone is coming engaged.or if it ring no one picks up.its not we have free time here to call them . because we are not feeling well that is why we call them to take treatment or appointment.very disappointed.

    Beeb phoning for a few days sometime 200 plus times at 8 in morning eventually get a answer ans allways no appointments left unfortunately I don't have the luxury of being on phone at 8 every morning to try and get a appointment and no I don't need to go urgent care about time routine appointment cam be made I advanced
