I by my own mistake went to other surgery for my blood tests . Practice manager talked to nurse in the surgery where my bloods my due. Nurse was happy to do even a little bit late. Didn't had to wait in the surgery even

The nurse who saw me was really lovely and put me at ease for my smear test. She was knowledgeable and made sure I was informed. She also made me feel safe by asking if I would prefer the door to be locked and if I wanted a chaperone. The procedure was super quick - she even came to get me a few minutes earlier than my appointment time as she knew I'd checked in. Thank you to the nurse, you're really lovely and great at your job!

Front desk was lovely and helpful- the nurse helping me was so friendly and made getting bloods done quick and easy!

I have attended the surgery twice in the past couple of weeks, both for my child and myself. For my child, I was seen by the nurse who provided excellent, patient-centered, compassionate care when obtaining my child’s first blood samples. They came away from the appointment proud and enthusiastic for their next blood test. For myself, I was seen by one of the GPs who has provided care to myself on many occasions over the past few years. I have always felt listened to and feel that my concerns have always been acted upon and investigated. She shows to be a true advocate for women’s health and provides an outstanding standard of care.

I needed a tetanus injection which was administered in a professional and painless way by the Nurse. She was caring and friendly, explained the process, and made me feel very comfortable.

I went for a routine blood test and the nurse noticed that I was due a review. She advised me because of a rising blood pressure, signs to look out for and to contact 111 if I experienced any of these. She arranged a follow up appointment to look at my BP and general check. I left feeling reassured that my health was important to her.

I had a big cut on my leg and it was cleaned and covered up.and it was a big cut so she had to use steri strips then covered it up I was very impressed.

The nurse was extremely professional throughout my visit. She was knowledgeable, answered my questions and made sure I was comfortable throughout. She informed of what she was doing during the screening and checked in throughout. At the end of the screening she spoke me through next steps and gave me an information leaflet.
