My nurse is a lovely nurse but most importantly she actually spends time with you, gave me good advice about my diabetes and gives her time so that you don’t feel rushed out of the door before you barely get in.

I dreaded being diagnosed with diabetes as I hear such horror stories and of how people are treated. I am over the moon with the treatment I have had, the diabetic nurse( apparently I can't use the person's name) in particular is "amazeballs". Thanks for your help and support as I come to terms with my diagnosis ( which I am finding very hard due to losing several to family members to diabetes related issues). The response I get from the team via K...y is exceptional. Thank you.

I needed dressings after hip replacement surgery and the practice nurse called me. She was very helpful, kind and caring and I felt reassured after the call.

I was greeted by the nurse with my name and a smile, even though she was very busy. I had my bloods taken with the usual care and efficiency, which was great. After this she booked me an appointment for a review with her. All of this took around 5 minutes, which was perfect for me.

Since becoming pregnant, I’ve had multiple trips to the surgery for my midwife appointments and vaccinations and all appointments have been on time (no more than 10 minutes over), I’ve been able to get in same day on some occasions and the staff are friendly and supportive. The online check-in system is great, the text reminders are helpful and a new newsletter has been really informative on what’s coming and Improvements being made.

Diabetes nurse always in good contact and empathetic. On Mounjaro injection so new to me and the nurse has helped me through this

The nurse I had today for my rsv vaccine was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. She was happy to go the extra mile to answer all of my questions and I felt in safe hands.

We came in for our daughters pre school jabs and the nurse we saw was excellent really friendly explained everything really well and got it done really quickly so my daughter didn’t get too distressed. Excellent service.
