   Lines open at 8.30 Impossible to get through. Eventually managed to get through around 9.30, waited an hour to speak to someone only to be told I was too late calling and to dial back at 8.30 tomorrow. Appalling service. Call handler extremely abrupt and couldn't give a toss. I will take my complaint further
