I saw the doctor about a recent hospital visit, regards treatment and my medication, along with questions regarding longer term health, and he put me at ease and answered all my concerns, I was very pleased and reiterate the need to have a face to face with a doctor, to answer and allay any problems that you simply can't find elsewhere, was excellent to get answers from doctor and put my mind at rest.

Tried to book online but it didn’t go through. Tired to over the phone but receptionists no help and referred me to swish clinic who then told me that if the doctors do a service they should not be referring patients elsewhere. Called the doctors back the receptionist kept reminding me there’s a waiting list… okay so I’d like to book an appointment please. Then was informed the appointments had timed out for the day. Dealing with my newborn baby is easier than getting an appointment!

We currently don't hold a waiting list and I'm not sure what a swish clinic is, so unfortunately I'm unable to respond any further at the moment. From reception to exit was a pleasurable experience the nurse took my blood without causing pain , dr I saw was very knowledgeable and well read

I have been seen by two very pleasant female doctors who have listened to my concerns and provided good care for an ongoing problem. Though not yet fully resolved they have been willing to try a different medication with some improvement of my symptoms, unlike at a previous practice where I felt no-one was interested in trying to make a difference.

I was seen soon after my appointment time. The doctor was an excellent practitioner who allayed any fears I might have had about the procedure to be performed. The cortisone injection was performed quickly, without fuss and with the utmost professionalism.

Popped into Stakes Lodge Surgery, Waterlooville for a routine blood pressure check. The HCA was very friendly and explained clearly what health range for my BP should be. I felt as though she had time to discuss this with me and did not feel rushed. A very pleasant experience.
