    Exceptional Receptionist I recently had the pleasure of interacting with an exceptional receptionist at a local gp surgery, and I couldn't be more impressed. This receptionist truly embodies the essence of professionalism and customer service. From the moment she answered the phone to me, I felt a sense of warm and welcoming, instantly making me feel valued as patient. Her communication skills were top-notch, as they attentively listened to my needs and inquiries, providing clear and concise responses. What stood out the most about this receptionist was their remarkable ability to multitask effectively. Furthermore, this receptionist was incredibly organized, and dedication to their role was truly impressive. In addition to their professional skills, the receptionist displayed a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to help. Even when faced with challenging situations, they maintained a calm and friendly demeanour. It's clear that they genuinely care about the well-being and satisfaction of every patient. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by this receptionist's performance. They are a shining example of what every receptionist should strive to be: a professional, efficient, and welcoming presence that enhances the experience of every person who walks through the door. Their dedication to their role and exceptional customer service skills deserve recognition and praise. This receptionist is an invaluable asset to the gp surgery and sets a high standard for others in the field. Thanks for being such a very helpful and supportive person.

    I contacted the surgery this morning for a telephone consultation. The staff were extremely helpful, very polite, displayed professionalism. Thank you to all the Staff at Ferryview health centre.

    I’ve always remained with the same GP for several years, I find her to be extremely caring, patient and supportive she makes me feel safe heard and I fully trust her with my health. I genuinely believe that this is extremely rare and this is why i appreciate this practice, same can’t be said about the reception staff I find them to be extremely rude and disrespectful not to mention sarcastic, I’ve unfortunately had to make several written complaints regarding “missing papers” conflicting information however all calls are recorded therefore you are safe and complaints are taken seriously and thoroughly investigated. I would highly recommend this practice.

    I called Valentine Health today. The receptionist was professional, efficient and handled my call with great sensitivity. She has a very welcoming voice, which put me at my ease, but also has a businesslike manner, both ideal for a busy medical practice. She arranged for a doctor to ring me. The doctor rang as arranged and was very helpful. She was very thorough, asking me searching questions She found out some information and then rang me again. I am very grateful for the way both treated me and my embarrassing problem so sensitively.

    Brilliant and thorough, the GP I had an appointment with talked me through what my issues were, checked me up, gave her opinion based on technical knowledge and gave me options on how to resolve the issue.

    I wanted to say thank you to the surgery staff who were super supportive & kind on Thursday evening 3/8/23 regarding my medication repeat , you listened , understood why I was emotional and were so solution focused, it meant so much to me. Thank you

    If we are late we never get seen but yet they never keep to their times. I had a phone call appointment booked for 4.30 ive got things I need to get on with but its now closer to 5 and still no call. They don't help with problems they just want to keep upping medications that don't help rather then prescribing ones that will. I would advise everyone to stay away from this doctors and try find one that is decent and cares about helping you rather then just getting their money for patients they don't help.
