I've had a heart attack recently and as you can imagine I'm on certain meds . I've also had a shoulder injury for over two years which this surgery had done nothing to help me ,I walk into my appointment sit down ther talk to me or sometimes print certain Exercises for me to do ,ive exsplained that I practice taichi last 19years and also ther Exercises for the last two years and nothing has helped , The lady insisted that there is no hands on help (only chat) . which I can watch you tube for that, I exsplained im in pain and need help told me can Refer me to the hospital. Which I have already been to. And they do the same things. Print off a piece of paper and say do these exercises . Which I can't stress enough. I Ve told them that I Ve done these constant for 2 years and it's made no difference. I am getting a pain in the front of my shoulder . Furthermore, the doctor gave me painkillers and these painkillers really disturbed my stomach. I took 2 tablets and no more after this today. At the surgery I explained to the receptionist that i am in very extreme pain but cannot take these painkillers. I was told there's no appointments till next week. Waz told got to walk in again on Monday or Tuesday. She said thers no appointment for Monday at the moment. So ive got to suffer 3 days of very extreme pain. I was advised there is no further help and she cannot do nothing. I stress to her that I am in extreme pain with tears to my eyes . I was told nothing I can do. The same response today I had with the cardio practice. There is nothing i can do. Also Cardio only talk to you and do not touch you only ther to talk ( crazy)the surgery is mad and I really don't know how this surgery gets away with ther practice. I know the whole world is crazy but this is insane ! Until it happens to them its easy to turn someone else away. And the reply im more then likely going to get is the whole system is under pressure. This has nothing to do with that when you got people just talking or printing of bits of paper to earn a days wage in stead of being hands on And compassionate obviously the system is gonna collapse and be under pressure. Because nobody is doing nothing.

Had to visit Drs today and was able to get an immediate face to face via the 'Walk in' service. Excellent system.. much appreciated that this is available. Was also able to see the Dr.of my preference and was looked after with care and kindness.

I really love about walking centre to come around 8 and get same day appointments.they staffs are friendly and doctors and nurses are qualified and understand well how to deal with our wellness

All doctors & nurses treat you with care, compassion, dignity, respect, understanding & kindness. Receptionist staff are welcoming, friendly, supportive and have a great level of understanding too. I find all staff at this surgery specifically strive to meet all patients needs as much as possible to the absolute best of their ability. I would definitely recommend this GP surgery if you are able to register as a patient with them. Outstanding!!

They are appointments are limited and receptionist mostly being rude , I have been with them since 2011 ,really disappointed this days their service

Find it hard to get appointments for emergency and also the phone lines are hard to get through also prescriptions I had for years they stopped it without warning terrible the resceptiinist are very polite when I pop in surgery to order prescription sine pandemic we all seen g p surgery changed big time for the worse

The receptionist who assisted me when I needed a doctor to see was very helpfull and accomodating . She tried her best to find a solution for it, she is the best ever everytime I call the surgery for appoitment Such staff should be recognized and she is a good example to her collegues..

Exemplary helpful and professional servIce from reception staff and nurse at Holbourne Road. The receptionist dealt with several issues patiently and with empathy . The nurse explained clearly about the shingles vaccination. Better experience than Ferryview which seems to be under severe pressure.

I recently had a very stressful situation whereby my mum was poorly & I needed a recent prescription for antibiotics changed. But no local chemist seemed to be stocking the liquid version. I broke down in reception. Nothing was going right. And one particular receptionist calmed me right down. And I will be forever grateful. She was efficient. And even text me later on to inform me my mums new prescription had been sent to the only chemist that had the right version. I needed that support at that time. Great service!
