    The receptionist at the surgery that answered my call today was very efficient and polite.I would recommend her to any of my friends or family. She was very encouraging. She knew my name from my voice and addressed me very professionally.

    Recently I have dealt with three different receptionists and two GP’s - all were professional, approachable, listened and advised accordingly! Thank you and please keep up the great work!

    I needed to get a fit note for work as I had previously tested positive for Covid. I called the surgery and used the call back service rather than waiting in a long queue. I was called back within 15 minutes and advised that a GP would call me before midday. I received a call a couple of hours later and spoke to a very friendly and helpful GP. My fit note was then sent to me via text and I was able to send it to my employer straight away. A wonderful efficient service.

    I’ve called the doctors many times this week and I’ve been lucky to have the same receptionist each time, she’s got such a bubbly personality it’s really made me feel happy as I’ve called, she’s also been very helpful when booking in my appointments, changed one appointment to a more convenient time for me. It’s definitely made my experience much better than I’ve had previously

    I have been seeing by a Doctor at this surgery, she explained to me all the process of my hospital appointments, treatments and medication in a very professional manner.     I phoned at 8am to get an appointment and opted for the call back option as I was 28 in the queue. I was called back within half an hour and the receptionist introduced herself and offered me an appointment for that morning she was very friendly and helpful. The practioner I saw also introduced herself and was also very friendly and listened to me explain my symptons.

    fantastic receptionist very helpful nothing is to much trouble. Also great service from doctor I see. Only issue was waited over 1 hour for my appointment to be seen and no one said that the surgery was running behind which would of been helpful
