Review titled Excellent GP surgery
Rated 5 stars out of 5

I am very pleased to leave a review of my recent and before appointments with Tulasi this month and in September, I am pleased to inform that owner has made lot of improvements relating to appointments, response to e consult and especially GP appointments The only problem left is the calls Bookings which one cannot get appointments on calls The response of hon secretary is wonderful, responds immediately on your request same day rather within an hour, the staff is humble, listens and responds, the e consult is triaged by GP same day , positive response, hopefully it will continue like this , I am sure most of the patients who seems disappointed will be happy The incharge is an experience doctor and has recently made lot of improvements, this is great Doctors are wonderful, intelligent and gives positive and quick response, the supply of prescription is going fine, the main thing I noticed is positive response to older patients

Review titled Great Doctors experience
Rated 5 stars out of 5

Tulasi Medical Centre: good doctors makes service better, in addition to several changes made by the surgery to improve service, my last doctors experience have been exceptional as I was seen by a Dr in Ripple road branch on 10/09/24 at 9.30am and Dr at the surgery is extremely professional, knowledgeable and has good understanding of all the systems. He dealt with us professionally, listened to our concerns and gave us relevant advice. A big Thank you to Dr at Ripple road and I hope Tulasi medical centre will continue to bring good doctors in surgery to improve their performance graph

well to get appointment you have to line up by 8am behind many, then get told no appointments.... you try ringing your be 50 in cue no appointments, Now i went on line , they took it off all you see is demo web page advertisting for medical surgies, brought it to their attention last week, said they get it sorted but nothing still the same? So by according to all this, know chance of seeing a GP??? So then this builds ups then A&E and walk in centres , as well has hubs, So something needs improving else this can cause very serouse heath concerns due health and safty of pateint, lack of this Surgery organisation , being left to receptinist somethimes making wrong choice of a patients health needs??? took on to many causing problems , we should be able to prebook, they do it when they feel like it?

Review titled Poor Practice with rude and arrogant staff
Rated 1 star out of 5
by kumar - Posted on 16 September 2024
i tried calling them at various time but could not get through to them on phone all day despite being No 1 in the queue for over 20 minutes. I walked down the practice with my mobile phone on hold as patient no 1 in the queue and the staff is busy doing nail polish and/or gossiping instead of picking up the phone. when asked was told its our choice as to what we do, take calls or not? . this practice is waste of taxpayer's money. I am a patient with the practice for last few year and have seen a serious decline in the care quality (probably due to adhoc physician being called every now and then) in addition to the un-empathetic behaviour with growing rudeness in the front office staff.

I am also Tulasi patients, with all my family, I must tell for information Tulasi has also run online service to fill in patients details, the GP will contact I am filling online consultation at 8am , previously, it used to be same day but since last few weeks, they have done 4-5 days which I do not appreciate, this last appointment was done after 4-5 days , not good.the GP must contact on same day, also request that time to fill in the form be increased, practice must give priority to old patients above 65, another information as patient i went for same day appointment went to tulasi surgery booked at 8 Am , I hope hon patients will resolve many of their tensions, I am happy so far

Review titled Worse behaviour and services
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Zaman - Posted on 19 February 2024
Today morning i join the queue outside the GP at 7:30 to book appointment for my 6 year old daughter who is with asthma condition. My appointment was booked. Later when i came to attend appointment they refused to check her just because i didn't not inform them that i am waiting for my appointment on the counter. I was awake whole night to take care of my daughter as she was having asthma attack. GP manager was rude and shouted that we will not attend your daughter. I never get satisfied from this gp in my past experiences. Also i know that leaving review will not change anything
