    Dr rang me , saw me 45 mins later and she was lovely, very thorough and reassuring - made me feel calm and happy with how she dealt with my symptoms

    After being very sceptical about having to fill in an online form at around 9am this morning. I received a call at around 10.30am to invite me to an appointment with my GP. I was very impressed by this swift response and how easy it was to complete the form online. I would highly recommend this practise and advice people not to be worried about the new system. It worked for me, I hope it will work for you too.

    Awful GP service. I had to wake up at 7am for two days to book an appointment online the GP receptionist refused to book appointments over the phone. I required a sick note for work as my condition prevented me from doing so. They stated the only appointment available was a telephone consultation on the 24th of May it is currently the beginning of the month. I am a healthcare professional and have worked in multiple GPs and I have not seen a service this bad. I will be moving practices due to this poor service.

    Dear Patient, thank you for your feedback. I apologise that you have had to leave a negative review. As you should be aware we have changed our system now for booking appointments. This means that you no longer have to call at 8 am unless you need an urgent appointment for that day. All requests for routine appointments are triaged via our online booking system. This is open from 7 am to 10 am Monday to Friday. If you cannot access this online system, our staff will complete it for you.     I found My service with this doctors was vèy good. I didn't have to wait long on the phone to speak to someone. I especially like tge call back service. I also found tge staff to be very helpful.

    treid twice to get an appointment on net last 1 on 25/05/2023..with a severe gout ..earliest phone triage phone call is booked by surgery is for 8/6/2023..

    Very happy with my experience this morning. Having had a problem with an implant fitted elsewhere, the doctor kindly agreed to change it. My appointment was on time, the doctor and the lady assisting were both very pleasant and the swap was done quickly and feels a million times better already- very grateful.

    Had a very comfortable and detailed smear test done with the nurse at Tower Hill. She made me feel so much at ease and provided a step by step introduction to the procedure. Great nurse, great atmosphere created.
