I was given a same day appointment. The GP was running a little late (which wasn't a problem) and she apologised and explained why. She listened to my concerns and answered each point, made changes to my medications and arranged follow up treatment. I felt listened to.

Efficient and very fast response in requesting an appointment. I logged onto Patches in the morning and Doctors called same day for a same day appt. Couldn’t ask for more!

I asked for an appointment through Patchs and was given one. Unfortunately due to a mix up mishearing the time I missed it. The doctor concerned immediately phoned me and hearing me very distressed sorted out medical tests and a new appointment. I was so relieved at this kindness. I know the Practice is very busy but it was so thoughtful. I do not make unnecessary demands and it was good to have my health concerns taken seriously. Thank you.

I sent in a request via patchs at 8am this morning and by 11am I had received an appointment time. The doctor I met was very friendly and experienced.

Very concerned about our health and wellbeing, always sends messages to see how we are doing, during the COVID kept us updated regrading the vaccination, the management staff is so polite even when are under pressure.

They truly do their very best during an extended difficult period due to the pandemic and funding. It can be difficult to get in contact with them as they are so busy but you cannot hold that against them as everywhere is the same! I used patches to get in contact on Tuesday 4th July at 8 am. By 9:30 am I had received an appointment for the same day. So depending on the severity of the issue, they will see you ASAP. It is a truly difficult environment for hospitals and GP practices at the moment but the Pinns team are great and I have only had positive experiences with them.

Easy process and very quick response. I was given a appointment on the same day. Very efficient. This is the 3rd time that i have used patchs and it has been same day appointment and quick responses each time so i have been really impressed

Had great difficulty in logging on. Patchs would not accept my password and I had to go through the surgery to help me. This is the most difficult system I have ever encountered. It is not patient friendly and another system should be put in place for elderly patients. If it wasn’t for my surgery being helpful, on this occasion, I would still be in terrible pain trying to get through!!!
