Got a emergency appointment on the day. And the doctor commenced various tests etc. Blood tests . Referral to the hospital etc. Luckily when I went to reception I had the blood tests done immediately.

Through patch got my appt same morning saw the doctor who cared and asked in detail the problems and how poorly I was feeling Checked me and then suggested medication and assured me the medicine would work and if any problems arise I would be seen straight away I feel much better now and I am sure the practice is keeping an eye on my health and improvements Very pleased with Pinn medical surgery

Left a message for surgery in the morning. Within 2 hours, was phoned and being asked to attend an appointment on the same day. Very nice and proficient doctor. The only negative was that she was running late and therefore my appointment was an hour after it should have been.

I had a problem and since I was nearby decided to try and see if I could get help. My nails which are quite healthy had started breaking and peeling off. The receptionist asked me to wait and then sent me to a nurse practitioner who said that this may be due to an infection. She asked me to get blood test which was done the same day.

Great practice and Patches is very simple to use. However you must get online btwn 8 & 9 otherwise the site gets closed. Also if Patches is now the only method to get an appointment, it's extremely worrying for the elderly, which may not have online access. We must ensure the older generation is not forgotten about

Practice called me back same day I submitted a patchs form and booked an appointment for the following day. Service at the practice was great, check in kiosks make the whole process very easy.
