Having requested an appointment on Patches I was asked to come in that morning which was very impressive. I also had a blood test at the same time

Whilst the GP’s availability and care continues to prove sporadic, I wish to highly commend the reception staff who always take ownership of any patient concerns and are extremely helpful and compassionate.

I had a problem with an ongoing cough so used Patchs to ask for an appointment. I received messages and calls in less than half an hour and was given an appointment at 11:05. I did not have long to wait and the GP was very thorough. I was even able to have blood tests just after my appointment. Excellent service.

Got a face to face appointment with a gp using the patches system on the same day. I was surprised to be seen so quickly. The GP dealt with my issue very efficiently. As I have recently registered with this practice, I was very pleased with the overall experience although I am not too keen on the patches system of making appointments as too many questions to answer before we can make a booking.

Despite the overwhelming demand on GPs, this practice delivers an excellent service. Staff are efficient and always respond to Patient requests and demands. All this notwithstanding the media barrage against Medics and health care professionals currently! It’s a v.good practice that offers an outstanding provision to all its patients.

I use patches and have always been seen on the day. It’s much better than it used to be - there are more doctors and the addition of nurse practitioners is a great improvement.

Today I saw the doctor about a health issue which had recurred before. The doctor dealt with it kindly and efficiently, and had a possible solution, reassuring me I was not wasting the doctor's time. As always, I find the Pinn's service excellent.
