Filled in patches request and was able to see a gp the same day The dr was thorough and also referred me to a specialist No wait in the surgery and my prescription was ready the same day

I went through Patchs at 8:15 in the morning to book an appointment. By 11:15 I received an appointment for 85 minutes later and this was confirmed straightaway by a phone from Reception to check I had received it. I was seen by an extremely knowledgeable doctor who referred me straightaway to NPH for further investigation. An excellent service

The Dr I saw took time and patience with me. Demonstrating exercises to help me and giving me written notes on them. I didn't feel rushed at all, he had time for me.

I went onto Patch’s promptly at 8am to request antibiotics and before 10 had been offered an appointment for 11.42. Although a few minutes late, the appointment was dealt with efficiently.

I used Patches and was delighted to be given an appointment within 30 minutes to see the Nurse Practitioner later in the morning. I was seen promptly and, after a very thorough discussion and examination with regard to my symptoms, was prescribed appropriate medication. I was also advised about new medication available as an alternative to one I had been taking. The whole experience was both efficient and reassuring, as I have grown to expect from this excellent medical practice.

The doctor dealt with my problem and sent for tests. I felt cared about and treated as an individual rather than a diagnosis. The doctor recognised that I was intelligent and whilst clearly I am not medically qualified I do have some knowledge and insight. It was a good experience and I have confidence.

I booked in patches at 8am and I immediately got an appointment at 10:40am with my usual doctor. Blood test and appointment was done at the same time. Very quick and efficient.
