    I had returned from abroad with some medical issues and needed to see a doctor. I made an appointment through Patches on Monday and was seen by a doctor within 2 hours which is truly excellent. I did not need to use the telephone as all their processes are on line which worked excellently. The care and advice I received was of the highest quality and further tests were arranged to diagnose/ understand my condition and to plan for further treatment if necessary. This truly exceeded my expectations

    Booked an appointment via the app. Given time and arrived and logged in using the touchscreen. Actually got to see GP 40 minutes later than appointment time .

    Using patches I got an appointment within an hour. I felt the doctor acted quickly to diagnose my problem. I got a blood test in the next hour. Doctor referred me to hospital and I was offered an appointment the next day.

    I requested an appointment at 8.00am. I swiftly received a text and saw the doctor at 10.20am. To receive a same day appointment is very good. The doctor also arranged for blood tests and an ECG. The reception staff are so helpful and communicative.

    Today (15th Feb), I had an appointment with my GP. He thoroughly asked my recent health issues and examined me. He provided detailed and seriousness of issues. My GP was very organized.

    I contacted the surgery on Patches for a face to face appointment thinking it will be a few days but amazingly I have an appointment on the same day. It’s a great practice both doctors and staff .

    I recently had to contact the Practice with queries on a very painful condition three times over a period of 2 weeks, using the online Patchs service. I wasn’t hopeful on what to expect. However, each time I received a telephone call within a few hours of each request and given a face to face appointment with a Doctor on that day. Such an excellent response at a worrying time.
