I got a same day appointment which was good. The nurse practitioner was very thorough and prescribed medication. She also sent a repeat prescription request through to the pharmacy so I was able to pick up all medications in one visit.

After my fifth consecutive heavy cold, I decided that I needed to see a doctor. I filled in Patchs- it took 26 mins! - this I was not impressed with. However, a lovely kind receptionist rang me that morning and I saw a health practitioner who gave me a thorough checkup and prescribed a nasal spray and send me off to get some tablets off the counter at the pharmacy. Thank you to the receptionist and health practitioner.

I booked two appointments through Patchs, the practice responded very quickly, arranging two urgent appointments for me on the same day. The doctors were very kind, patient and considere. I had happy experiences today.

as a patient who has been with the pinn since i was born i have always been scared about blood tests. i went into a blood test today and asked for something specifically as i know i am good with it and was completely ignored by the nurse taking my blood and caused my to have a panic attack

I was seen by a nurse practitioner (& a GP also gave a second opinion) within a couple of hours of completing the online self referral for what I considered a non urgent issue - a miracle when one can wait weeks for an appointment sometimes!

I contacted the surgery online at 8.10am. By 11.30am same day I had seen my GP and had XRays at the surgery.

Having come from out of country, while the initial settling in for Healthcare was tough, the practice has been responsive and doing their best to accommodate requests. I would recommend the practice.

I have to say firstly, I preferred to make an appointment via a phone call, however getting used to Patches system slowly but surely. Doctors are Knowledgeble and Professional, it's really convenient to have the Pharmacy built into the Practice. See the doctor and pick up the medicine, all in one stop. 😉 The waiting room is Airy and comfortable too.
