I saw Dr 's' who was very thorough, extremely patient & took the time to fully understand my concerns. He had prepared for the appointment & carried out a barrage of tests which, happily for me, were favourable. Dr 's' explained things to me, advised me of any 'red flag' signs/symptoms to be aware of & went through the results of the tests with me. I fely very reassured & relieved that nothing sinister was going on. Thank you Dr 's'!

I booked on line for an appointment to see a doctor and within an hour, not only did i get booked but saw a doctor and was checked out. Impressive

Getting one's medication correct is no easy feat and requires a two-way street of communication in order to achieve this. I was slightly apprehensive prior to my consultation with a member of the dispensary team this morning however my fears were indeed completely unnecessary. The conversation was informative and so helpful and both parties were fully engaged in both talking and listening which augmented the benefit to myself as the patient. I've personally not experienced such excellent customer care previously and it runs across the whole practice. I feel in completely safe hands with regard to my own health and thank the practice for putting into practice such high levels of support and service.

The doctor I saw was thorough he was concerned by low salt In my kidneys and took me off tablets I had recently been prescribed, as he thought they might be causing the problem. Blood test recommended a week later. Appointment arranged by the doctor. Would like feedback on results but as of today haven't had any

I emailed the NHS app before 9:00am and quickly received a phone call from the surgery with an appointment in less than 2 hours to see a doctor. Very fast and efficient.

From the outset, returning to the UK having lived in France, the services provided have been excellent, and far exceed our level of expectation. Always on time, always thorough. Most recently, a back problem was responded to the same day with an appointment and a thorough examination and discussion, with course of action proposed. Highly efficient and professional.
