    I had a scheduled telephone consultation with the Clinical Pharmacist reference some recent blood test results. I found him to have an excellent telephone manner and was very professional and knowledgable, he explained things logically and clearly which provided me with the trust and confidence to investigate some new medication. The appointment was very much a two-way conversation which I really appreciated.

    Had an invesitgative procedure 2 weeks ago, the team that carried out the procedure informed me that my GP would contact me to discuss the abnormal result. I phoned the GP to enquire about this and was informed that no action was needed despite the abnormal result, if I wanted to discuss it with the gp I would have to make an appointment for a further two weeks down the line. The team who performed the procedure said I would most likely also need referring to a gastrointestinal specialist and GP to discuss potential medication and dietary requirements , but according to the receptionist no further action needed unless I wanted to make an appointment and that it would take two weeks. Meanwhile , the symptoms continue.

    Dear patient Thank you for providing your experience when contacting the surgery, it is extremely difficult to provide an explanation to the events detailed without some further information. Usually if tests and investigations are performed at a hospital the results are relayed directly from them; those performed at GP surgery are the responsibility of the clinician at the practice to provide advice and response. Please contact the surgery and request to speak to a member of the management team who will be able to review the information regarding your procedure and listen back to the call from the receptionist. If you are experiencing symptoms and problems please contact the surgery as there is provision for on the day emergency appointments. The Park Medical Practice

    In the first instance, the information entered on my NHS app was, incorrect, it stated that various tests were undertaken by the Gp. This was not the case, these tests were not completed at all. Then a few weeks later I phoned to see if my results had been received and the receptionist said no without even asking my name, how on earth she knew this is a mystery to me.

    Thank you for submitting the response regarding the accuracy of the data on the NHS app. In order to understand your query it would be helpful to understand the tests and investigations that you refer to. In addition we would also track the incoming call and the receptionist that you discussed the result outcome with.     To the doctors and staff, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the care and consideration you’ve shown me during my illness with a chest infection after having covid throughout Christmas and new year.     Since moving to the area 2 months ago my wife and I have received excellent service from a great team at the practice, blood tests, breast screening, available appointments, information, support and the NHS app have improved our opinion about a much criticised NHS service.

    my son's eczema has become infected it’s deteriorated in the last 2 days weeping wounds. Rang yesterday for an appointment was told to ring 8am today. Rang at 8am was in the queue 29th from 8am 30mins later I was second in the queue and got cut off not the first time this happened. Not very happy at all

    There was a period of time I felt disappointed but lately the care and efficiency has been amazing. I haven't felt rushed at appointments and everything has been explained in detail. The receptionists are very helpful and kind. Really happy with everything
