    Our initial attempt to check in failed to register in the consulting room and this entailed a long wait to be seen by the doctor.

    I failed to attend an unexpected appointment recently. On visiting the surgery to apologise and to enquire about the reason for the appointment, it transpired that the appointment was to address a condition which I do not have and had been made by a member of the practice staff a week previously. It was apparently intended for someone else. Not only is this a complete waste of everyone's time, and NHS resources, but this person must continue to suffer needlessly from what appears to be a painful condition.

    I saw the Doctor within 5 minutes of arriving on time for my appointment He was very kind and took his time to explain my condition and thereafter treated me with the required injection

    Covered everything I wanted to speak to GP about and didn't feel rushed. GP confirmed will follow up health issue which was discovered during scan in A&E

    I always find the Lodge Health Partnership friendly, helpful, proactive and caring. A superb service and one I would recommend. An excellent recent example was over my blood pressure tests.

    Filled in form at surgery as I struggle with online stuff. Within 10 minutes of being home,had a call to say physio appointment had been made for 5 days later.

    I was very pleased with my consultation last Friday. Doctor was very thorough. My follow up consultation with the physiotherapist today was also excellent. Thank you.
