The GP i saw was very helpful. I felt she listened to me and my problem and gave genuine help to what i needed. I didn't feel rushed and a follow up was given.

  3. Review titled Amazing experience

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I have just joined this surgery and I am amazed at the ease of seeing a doctor as my previous surgery made it very difficult to have a f2f appointment with the doctor and I was not happy with just getting a prescription for my symptoms without seeing a doctor

Went to Highfield Surgery for our winter covid and flu jabs. He was courteous, kind and extremely efficient. And it didn't hurt much!

  5. Review titled Badly organised

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 05 November 2024

I was booked for an appointment with the nurse at 9am and when I arrived I was told that the nurse doesn’t start working until 10am so my appointment should never have been made for that time. She didn’t have any other availability so they tried to book my an appointment at different a doctors surgery about 7 miles away.

Practice nurse at Lodge Surgery St Albans had a lovely manner. Attended for Covid and flu vaccinations. Vaccinations given quickly and felt little. Well done!

I was booked (by receptionist at Redbourn) for asthma review at Highfield Surgery. When I went in to my appointment, the nurse said she was unable to do asthma reviews. 11 mile wasted trip

  10. Review titled Great nurses

Rated 4 stars out of 5

I have been to see different nurses several times recently for skin and ear issues. Both were very friendly, listened to me and questioned thoroughly as well as prescribing and explaining diagnosis. Very good service.
