    From receptionist to Dr everyone was friendly and helpful. They listened and gave me a lovely patient experience while I was feeling unwell. Dr was reassuring and I like the reminder alert and using the online system was easy and saved me hanging on the phone for a long time

    The nurses’ were very understanding with my medical problems. The understanding was well supported by quality options to correct the medical problem.

    When I had my appointment I felt that the doctor really was listening to me and understood how I felt. He also provided me with good advice on a recent diagnosis.

    Saw the GP yesterday. She seemed to be really interested in me and my illness. Took her time with the consultation and involved me in every decision made. I had a follow up call later that day, from the same GP asking my opinions of changing certain details in my treatment. Excellent appointment where I felt listened to and my opinions were not dismissed

    Once you can get through e-consult and get a face to face appointment the Lodge GP’s are attentive and caring. The enthusiasm of the trainee doctors mean you can discuss your problems more fully and feel you are getting a thorough service. My appointment was very worthwhile and a frank exchange of views on the possible treatment regimes was very thorough!

    The Doctor I had and appointment was on time and courteous. The standard and manner of the Doctor was very good and the plan that put in place to resolve my condition I was very happy with.

    First meeting with a new younger GP, he was bang on time, which is essential for me, very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. I was out after 10 minutes with all required analyses submitted to the system.

    Was seen within a few minutes of arriving at the surgery. Everything dealt with very thoroughly and professionally. Felt confident when leaving that my issues would be resolved. Good follow up enquiries too
