Review titled Great Practice
Rated 5 stars out of 5

Logged a request for a consultation on Friday afternoon. Surgery rang me same day and offered a physio appointment for the next week. Physio was pleasant and helpful and provided the support and advice I needed.

The doctor I spoke to was lovely. She gave me a proper examination and has referred me for a check. She really listen to me and she was very reassuring.

My medication review was thorough and considered all relevant factors in a comprehensive way. I didn’t feel hurried even though there were a number of issues to discuss.

Review titled Good experience with eConsult
Rated 4 stars out of 5

Surgery has very efficient eConsult system for managing appointments. Quick response and phoned back by relevant person at surgery (e. g. nurse, doctor or specialist person depending on reason for call)

I have had excellent care and attention from one of the Training GP over the last year. Yesterday I had a routine screening appointment with a practice nurse. He was excellent. Patient with my questions and gave me lots of information and advice.

Review titled Frustrating
Rated 3 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 04 June 2024
Unfortunately I missed a call from the surgery, I then tried to call back and it was a good 10 minutes before my call was answered. I was informed the doctor wanted to see me so made an appointment for the following morning. I then received a text to say the appointment was, a telephone appointment, which was not explained to me at the time of booking. So I attempted to call the surgery to get clarification, after 40 minutes of waiting and only being number one in the queue I gave up. I find this quite frustrating. It has happened before when I have arrived at the surgery to be told I needed to go to another surgery. I do find the Administration of bookings is very poor.

Today I attended the surgery for my Covid booster vaccination. The nurse who attended me was both professional and courteous.

Review titled Good practice
Rated 4 stars out of 5
by Rachel n - Posted on 25 June 2024
I wrote a 5 star review for this practice a few years back and I do still have the same opinion of the surgery, even though I was sceptical when they changed to e consult it has seemed to work well when I have used it and managed to get an appointment quickly. The doctor I spoke to today about my daughters results was lovely, I work in a doctors surgery myself and understand the pressures of the NHS. Thanks all for your help over the past few years.
